Hebrew 1 (Aleph Bet)

Eliminate angst and build confidence while learning the Hebrew alphabet and gaining Hebrew reading competence. Come prepared for energized, spirited practice guaranteed to lay the foundation for your love of Hebrew. This is a beginning level course; no prior knowledge needed. Class will use the textbook Aleph Isn’t Tough by Linda Motzkin (students purchase).
 

Format: In-person 
Time: Tuesdays, 7:00-7:55pm
Dates: Oct. 10, 2023–April 16, 2024 (25 sessions - no class on 11/21, 12/19, 12/26, 2/20)
Tuition: $395 member/$529 non-member

Beth Shalom will refund tuition in the event a course is canceled.  Students who withdraw from a course and request a refund within two weeks of the course’s start date are eligible for a pro-rated refund.  Tuition will not be refunded for course withdrawal after two weeks from a course’s start date.
